Add text and modules. Add an image on the right or delete and use a different format. Make sure text is never too wide, this makes it difficult to read. 

Always check to see if there is a saved module or row that gets you close to what you want before starting something from scratch.

You can adjust the diagonal shape in the background of the row by editing the row settings and editing the "Bottom Shape". Adjust the width and height of the shape to fit the size and content of the row.
