Joe Harrison will be our speaker and will provide an overview of Cisco Crisis Response (CCR).  CCR has led disaster incident response at Cisco for over 20 years. CCR has a no-cost program to assist with equipment, expertise, and engineers for customers and organizations that need communications assistance, for business continuity and to enable recovery operations after a natural disaster. CCR will share products, solutions, case studies, and best practices in the context of disaster & humanitarian response.

Joe Harrison is a humanitarian communications and operations professional specializing in crisis response.  For over 15 years he has responded in various capacities to natural disasters and civil conflict around the world.  Joe will provide an overview of Cisco Crisis Response – how CCR provides emergency communications support to partners and the communities they serve, and why it’s more important now than ever.
