IEEE Smart Village, a donor supported program of the IEEE Foundation, is pleased to commemorate the 2023 International Day of Light by hosting a webinar titled, “Enabling Technologies to Combat Illiteracy” with Dr. Pritpal Singh, Dr. Toby Cumberbatch, and Dr. Sudha Balagopalan.
