The IEEE Foundation, Incorporated, and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Incorporated (IEEE) are organizations qualified under U.S. Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3) and are eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions in the United States. For other countries, please check with your local tax adviser regarding tax deductions of charitable contributions.
Donors who receive low cost articles with a fair value exceeding the U.S. IRS threshold will be notified that the tax deductible amount of their charitable gift(s) have been reduced by the fair value of the items.
